PAYMENTS AND FURTHER Settlement
- You must have paid the down payment (30%) within 7 days after your booking confirmation.
- The remaining amount must be paid 8 weeks before the start of the stay.
CANCEL
Cancellation and travel insurance is not mandatory, but is strongly recommended.
- If canceled up to 8 weeks before the start of your stay, you owe 30% of the rental amount.
- In case of cancellation 8 to 4 weeks before the start, you owe 50% of the rental amount.
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start, you owe the entire rental amount.
